HOW YOU CAN GET INVOLVED

• Answer phones during pledge drives
• Do outreach: leaflet/staff tables/usher/greet at events and demos, join the Speakers Bureau
• Help organize fundraisers
• Form a local listener group (we’ll help!)
• Office work: typing, data entry, tape transcription
• Write/report on local events, copy-edit, research
• Photography, graphics, banner-painting
• Web work/computer maintenance/ audio archiving

FRIDAYS AT WBAI You’re invited to our Open House for volunteers, every Friday from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at the station (bring a photo ID). Meet other listeners and staff, help us with pressing work, watch videos, enjoy light refreshments, and build community. Or check out the professional training of listeners for the Speakers Bureau—join them or just be a critical audience.
